  • Billing Data: processed securely by our payment partners (Stripe, PayPal, Relay, or crypto providers).
  • Usage Logs: limited technical data (IP, user agent, API usage metrics) for security, abuse prevention, and analytics.
  • Communication Data: when you contact us (e.g. support or trial requests).

We don't collect unnecessary data and never sell user information.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Operate and improve Nebulink services
  • Authenticate you and manage subscriptions
  • Monitor platform performance and prevent abuse
  • Send important updates about your account or usage
  • Comply with legal obligations (invoices, security reports, etc.)

We do not use your personal data for advertising or profiling.

3. Sharing of Data

We share data only when necessary:

  • With trusted infrastructure or payment providers under strict confidentiality

We never sell or rent your information.

Nebulink uses minimal analytics cookies to measure page performance and detect security anomalies. You can disable cookies in your browser without losing access to most features.

We retain account and billing data for as long as you have an active account, and as required for tax or audit purposes thereafter (typically 3–7 years). API logs are automatically purged after 30 days unless legally necessary.

6. Data Security

We use encryption, access control, and secure data centers to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure. You use our services at your own risk.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may:

  • Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data
  • Object to certain processing

8. International Transfers

Our servers are primarily in the United States. If you access Nebulink from the EU or another region with data protection laws, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the U.S.

Nebulink is not intended for individuals under 16 years old.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Nebulink LLC ("Nebulink," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information that can identify an individual ("Personal Data") when you use our Services, including our APIs, website, and developer tools. By accessing or using our Services, you consent to this Policy.

Nebulink processes only publicly available or user-provided information and ensures all data handling fully complies with applicable data-protection laws and third-party platform terms of service.
